SOMASCHINI's Group

Somaschini has been producing gears since 1922 and through four generations of entrepreneurs today brings onto the market that tradition which, together with the state –of-the-art methods and high technologies, becomes synonymous with experience and reliability.

In order to gather all the activities for the automotive high volumes production into a single dedicated unit in 2007 is founded the new production unit Somaschini Automotive S.r.l.. In this plant are produced high automation big series gears.

In 2010 the SOMASCHINI group within its international development plan has founded in the USA the SBG South Bend Gear LLC, a joint venture with the local gear manufacturer Schafer Gear Works, Inc.
