Hobbing

The most state-of-the-art hobbing machines (Pfauter, Liebherr) are used for the production of cylindrical and beveloid gears up to 400 mm and module 8.
Depending on the production batches the hobbing machines can be integrated in production cells combined with turning machines and the relevant automatic loading systems.
By high quantities the machines used are suitable for “dry” cutting.
